We hear voices everyday and everywhere, be it during a metro ride, watching the news or while calling helpline over the phone. Voices surround us everywhere and make our lives better and simpler in many different ways.
Voice over is an art. It is about providing a voice for use in a professional piece of audio work.
Becoming a voice artist is in no way an easy job. However, it is not an impossible task either. To all those who want to know how to start a voice over career, my advice is to practice frequently, observe people around you to understand different styles of talking.
Requirements:-
1- Have a distinctive & clear voice and your pronunciation should be precise.
2- Be good at lip sync, so that you can depict the emotion based on the body language of an original character through your voice.
3- Work on dialogue delivery to ensure it is flawless.
4- You should be able to alter your voice tone, accent to match the project requirements.
To learn more about it then you need to have a degree in journalism and mass communication. No worry, There are many mass communication institutes in Delhi. These institutes will help you in your training where you will learn about field in a better way.
