USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN COMMUNICATION

In a more traditional society, the best way to communicate with each other would be through face to face contact. This means meeting up with friends or going to your favorite meet up spot. But, the world is constantly evolving and so is technology.
Using technology in communication has become a necessity, it’s now part of our lives. People communicate through emails, faxes, Mobile phones, texting services, video conferences, video chat rooms and social media channels. As time goes on, more emerging technologies will change the way we communicate and it will be up to us to embrace them or not.

Use of digital networks:- Broadband and satellite transmissions enable efficient business communications through office phones or sending a file to a specific printer when you are miles away from the office.

Easy Product Launch:- Surveys are very important. They give companies feedback on the customers view on the products or services provided. Before the advancement of business technologies, surveys were very hard to conduct.

Video Conferencing:- Allows long distant one-on-one communication among members of an organization or business. Video conferencing can be used in the business meeting.

Social interaction:- Social network platforms have caused a 360 degrees shift in the way we interact. Through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter among others users can communicate through comments, likes or even their profiles and status.

Communication is a core element to society's foundation. Communication is used in families, amongst friends, in schools, and in government. The advancement of technology has helped to advance the ways in which we communicate with each other. One way technology has advanced communication is through the birth of electronic communication devices. Cell phones, social networking websites, email, and faxes are a few examples of electronic communication devices.

Happy Learning!
